100% Rulf’s apple cider fermented with wine yeast. This house made cider was so good when sampled I didn’t dare add any other fruit. Oval cider isn’t made with any chemicals, so it finishes dry and full of apple flavor. 6.6% ABV

Simplicity is a light American Pilsner brewed with a little rye to add some pop. The slight malty sweetness makes this lager very drinkable. 4.8% ABV, 21 IBUs

IPA

OCB’s signature IPA. This beer is light in body but big in flavor. Enjoy the wonderful citrus aroma combined with the hop character from traditional West Coast hops. This West Coast style IPA has some maltyness to balance everything out. 6.5% ABV, 69 IBUs

CAMP is a Blood Orange and Ginger Saison. This beer is full flavor with a nice crispness that makes it very refreshing. Saisons are sometimes referred to as Belgin Table beer. 5.1 ABV, 30 IBUs

Life Choices is a American Juciy IPA. Brewed with a blend of three hops to create a big tropical aroma and flavor to follow. 6.5%ABV, 34 IBU

Not Ron’s is a hybrid beer that started as a Scotch ale but I pitched it with Abby ale yeast. This created a nice balanced slightly malty ale with a mild Belgin finish. The Abby yeast gives the beer a little earthiness and a little more pizzazz. 6.75% ABV, 19 IBUs

Pepe’s is a classic porter brewed with all English ingredients. Its malty profile is slightly bready with notes of toffee and chocolate. Oval’s best selling dark beer. 6.4% ABV, 24 IBUs
